Job summary

The Northbridge Companies is hiring a Server / Waitstaff to provide welcoming, high‑quality service to residents in a senior living community. You will work closely with the Culinary Director to ensure meals move smoothly from kitchen to table and guests enjoy a delicious dining experience.

Full‑time and part‑time shifts available, with weekend hours. Training is provided, and there are opportunities to grow within a caring hospitality team dedicated to resident well‑being.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service role is a plus, but training provided.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor to welcome guests.
• Ability to stay positive and calm in busy dining spaces.
• Patience and attentiveness to residents' needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in dining areas.

Responsibilities

• Check dishes look perfect before giving to residents.
• Talk to residents in a friendly way, share the daily menu, and make sure they’re happy.
• Keep the kitchen and dining room clean and follow rules to keep the food safe.
• Tell the kitchen about any special requests clearly.
• After each meal, reset the Dining Room and take pride in its appearance.

Server / Waitstaff Job Summary
