Responsabilités

• Warm Welcome: greet guests with charm and note special requests.
• Water & Wine: present still, sparkling, or tap and describe pairings.
• Menu Merveilleux: highlight dishes and specials, take orders with finesse.
• Check & Charm: ensure guests are satisfied and glasses are topped up.
• Elegant Flow: reset tables between courses and assist dessert service.

Job Title: Server

General Summary: As a server at Jolene’s, you will be the epitome of hospitality, crafting exceptional experiences for our guests. Your extensive knowledge of the menu, wines and cocktails, combined with your warm and engaging demeanor, will create an inviting atmosphere that encourages conversation and connection. You understand both hospitality and service. With your meticulous attention to detail, you ensure that each guest feels valued and pampered, transforming every visit into a memorable experience.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Warm Welcome: Greet guests with charm, note special requests (shh, no spoiling surprises!).


• Water & Wine: Offer still, sparkling, or tap, then tease their palate with a drink menu preview.


• Menu Merveilleux: Highlight your favorite dishes, daily specials, and take orders with French finesse.


• Check & Charm: After a couple bites, make sure everything is “parfait,” and keep those glasses topped off!


• Elegant Flow: Clear and reset the tables between courses, set the scene for dessert, and offer after-dinner drinks.
