Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking servers to provide outstanding dining service to residents. You will set and clear tables, take dining orders, review menus with residents, and contribute to a warm, welcoming dining room.

No experience is required—on-the-job training is paid. This role emphasizes teamwork and resident relationships, with compensation ranging from $17 to $21 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.

Salary Range

The wage range for this position is $16.90/hr - $20.28/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
