Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Thousand Oaks is seeking a friendly Server to join our dining team. You’ll set and clear tables, take residents’ orders, and deliver outstanding service with a warm, resident-focused approach.

No prior experience is required—on-the-job training is paid. This role offers opportunities to grow with a supportive team and a benefits package that includes health coverage and retirement savings allowances.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.

Salary Range

The wage range for this position is $16.90/hr - $20.28/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
