Atria Senior Living is seeking friendly dining associates to join our team in Sugar Land, Texas. You will help residents enjoy meals, support daily dining operations, and participate in events with a focus on service and hospitality.

No prior experience is required; we offer on-the-job training and opportunities for growth while promoting a healthy work-life balance within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take dining orders, and provide high levels of service to residents.
• Review menus with residents and welcome new residents to dining services.
• Assist with preparation, delivery and cleanup of meals, banquets, and events.
• Foster strong teamwork with colleagues and build positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize dining room surfaces, tables, chairs, and equipment.

What You Will Do As a Server

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.
