Job summary

Atria Senior Living in San Diego, CA is seeking friendly servers to join our dining team. You’ll set and clear tables, take dining orders, and deliver outstanding resident service.

No experience is required; on-the-job training is provided. You’ll also participate in daily meal preparation, deliveries, banquets and special events, while building a strong team dynamic and ensuring a clean dining environment. Our benefits include paid holidays, medical coverage, and a 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide high-level customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and events.
• Foster teamwork with colleagues and build positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize dining area surfaces and equipment.
