Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Dining Room Server at our Rancho Santa Fe community to deliver warm, personalized service to residents and their guests in our on-site restaurant. You will help create a hospitable dining experience, taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
This role offers a reliable schedule with no late-night shifts, opportunities to build relationships with residents, and a supportive team environment.
Be part of the Belmont Village Rancho Santa Fe legacy! Our brand-new, state-of-the-art senior living community is preparing for our grand opening, and we’re building an incredible dining services team from the ground up. At Belmont Village Rancho Santa Fe, you’ll help shape a vibrant, hospitality-driven environment where seniors thrive—and where team members grow, learn, and feel valued every day. Our restaurant servers will deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable dining and special event experiences for our residents and their guests.
As a Dining Room Server, you’ll enjoy a dependable schedule with no late-night shifts, a stable and supportive work environment, and the opportunity to serve the same guests each day. This consistency allows you to build genuine connections, learn individual preferences, and create a warm, personalized dining experience where you can anticipate needs before guests even ask.
While Dining Room Server roles at Belmont Village are not tip-eligible, our team members are providing a more meaningful and relationship-driven experience compared to traditional restaurant work. Belmont Village servers appreciate reliable schedules with predictable hours ensuring they have time with friends and family and the satisfaction of serving a familiar community rather than constantly rotating tables.
