Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking entry-level dining staff to join our caring team in Philadelphia. You will set tables, take orders, review menus with residents, and help with meal preparation, delivery, and cleanup, delivering exceptional service in a friendly, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide high-quality service.
• Review menus with residents and introduce dining options to new residents.
• Assist with preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and events.
• Foster strong teamwork and positive relationships with residents and staff.
• Clean and sanitize dining area surfaces and equipment after use.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.
