Job summary

Atria Senior Living invites you to join our dining services team at the Lake Ronkonkoma community. No experience is required; on-the-job training is provided and you’ll be paid while you learn. The wage for this role ranges from $17.00 to $20.40 per hour, depending on prior work history and experience.

You will set and clear tables, take residents' dining orders, review menus with residents, assist with meal prep and events, and help maintain a clean dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.
