Fogo de Chão is hiring servers to deliver an unforgettable churrasco dining experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

As a server, you will greet guests, present menus, and coordinate with churrasqueiros to ensure timely meat service. The role requires standing for long periods and weekend/holiday shifts, with comprehensive medical and voluntary benefits for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Provide welcoming guest service and assist guests with menu selections.
• Be able to explain preparation methods and the table-side serving concept.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile and eye contact.
• Pull each guest's chair and place the napkin in their lap.
• Present menu and answer questions about items.
• Answer questions about preparation methods and table-side service.
• Take and serve beverage and dessert orders and relay special meat requests to churrasqueiros.
• Place orders with cashiers for processing and payment.
• Assist other servers as needed.
• Complete opening or closing shift duties.
