Fogo de Chão in San Juan is hiring a Server/Waiter/Waitress to deliver an unforgettable churrasco dining experience. You will greet guests, guide them through the menu, and coordinate with churrasqueiros for meat requests while maintaining speed and hospitality in a high-energy setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile and friendly greeting.
• Pull each guest's chair and lay the napkin in their lap.
• Present menu and answer any questions about items and preparation methods.
• Take and serve beverages and desserts; relay special meat requests to cooks.
• Place orders with cashiers for processing and payment.
• Assist other servers in their areas when appropriate.
• Complete opening and closing shift duties.
