Job summary

Villa Hermosa in Tucson, AZ is seeking a full-time team member to join our in-house fine dining restaurant serving residents and guests. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables, present menu, answer questions and suggest items; stay informed about daily specials.
• Write and relay orders to kitchen; serve courses from kitchen and service bars.
• Clear and reset counters or tables after each course.
• Keep dining tables, chairs, floors, linens and serving stations clean and stocked.
• Maintain required food handler certifications.

Wemake this job fun and a team effort when serving food to residents and guests in our Fine Dining in-house restaurant. Crisp linen tablecloths, fine china and top-quality fresh ingredients; this is made‑to‑order dining at its finest. Seasonal and regional menus are ever‑evolving, offering signature dishes and daily specials. AndNO LATE NIGHTSmeansyou will have more quality time to maintain a balanced life.

• Prepare tables, present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service. Remain knowledgeable about posted daily specials.
• Write food order and relay order to kitchen, serve courses from kitchen and service bars.
• Clear and reset counters or tables at conclusion of each course.
• Assist in keeping dining tables and chairs, floors, linens and serving stations clean, bussed and stocked.
• Maintain required foodhandlerscertifications

Qualifications

• Have at least one year of experience in restaurant hospitality, healthcare, senior living, or customer service
• Previous experience serving meals to seniors or worked in a residential care setting
• Have knowledge of basic food safety, sanitation, and infection control
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
