Job summary

Villa Hermosa, part of Senior Resource Group, is seeking dining service team members to assist residents during meals in a warm, caring environment.

As a valued team member you will serve beverages, keep tables refreshed, bus tables promptly and maintain condiments to ensure a smooth dining experience for residents. Join us to grow professionally in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (General Educational Development); or at least one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions.

Responsibilities

• Serve water and other beverages.
• Ensure that beverages are refreshed throughout the resident’s meal service.
• Bus tables in a timely manner. Deliver dirty dinnerware to dish room area for cleaning.
• Maintain tabletop condiments.
