Job summary

Victory Brewing Company in the United States is seeking a friendly Server to provide welcoming table service in our taproom. You will take orders, deliver meals and beverages, educate guests about ABV products, and ensure an outstanding hospitality experience in a fast-paced environment.

As a Tableside Brand Ambassador, you’ll engage with guests, support teammates, and help maintain a clean, organized dining area while delivering exceptional service that reflects our brand values.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience as a server preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and craft beverage.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them, ensuring the table is ready and needs are met.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them accurately in the POS system.
• Deliver orders to tables and check on guests’ satisfaction.
• Process payments and handle transactions.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and restock as needed.
• Collaborate with team to provide a smooth, inviting guest experience.
• Represent the brand with courtesy and product knowledge.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Server

The Server provides table service to taproom guests by taking orders for food and beverages, delivering orders to the table, and ensuring that guests have a pleasant taproom experience. As a Tableside Brand Ambassador, you will serve as the face of our brand in the taproom, engaging with guests to educate them about our products while delivering an outstanding hospitality experience. This role combines product knowledge with exceptional customer service to create memorable interactions that reflect the values and quality of our brand.

Reports to: General Manager or Front of House Manager on duty

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests timely as they are seated at the table; ensure table is clean and that coasters, utensils, napkins, and other needs have been provided
• Knowledgeable about and able to answer questions regarding all ABV beverages, menu offerings, brewing/cider making processes, etc.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests, teammates, and management
• Take food and beverage orders and places orders accurately through the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Ensure that food is prepared correctly and to guests’ satisfaction; return incorrect or improperly cooked orders to kitchen
• Deliver food, beverages, condiments, and other requested items to guests
• Collect plates and clear the table as guests finish their meals
• Process guest payments by preparing checks and handling transactions through the POS system
• Assist with other side work duties such as cleaning the dining area, preparing silverware and refilling condiments
• Aid in overall cleanliness and maintenance of taproom
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Who We’re Looking For

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a passion for hospitality and craft beverage
• Previous experience as a server preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately
• Strong communication skills and ability to remain composed and respectful under pressure
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to operate the point-of-sale system
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 20 pounds
