Catch Hospitality Group’s West Hollywood venue is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional guest service in a fine dining, high-volume setting. You will follow established service steps and company guidelines while using your skills and personality to create memorable experiences for patrons.

Formación

• 1–2 years of server experience in a high-volume, fine dining setting.

Responsibilities

The Server occupies one of the most integral functions in the restaurant where you are expected to provide exceptional service to our guests. You will be responsible for following the proper steps of service and adhering to all company guidelines. Beyond that, you are expected to use your skill, knowledge, and personality to provide a memorable dining experience for our patrons.

Qualifications

• Have 1-2 years of Server experience in a high volume, fine dining establishment
• Are organized and proficient at multitasking
• Are a reliable team player willing to learn and adapt to new situations
• Have strong verbal communication skills
• Are committed to perfection and have a genuine passion for hospitality
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
• Have flexibility to work days, nights and weekends
