Job summary

Workstream is seeking a motivated server to provide exceptional hospitality in a busy restaurant environment. You will greet customers, take orders, suggest menu items, and handle payments with a friendly, efficient approach.

You will work as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen and dining area, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety standards. Prior food-service experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of food retail experience in a fast paced environment, specifically as a server.
• Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a team environment.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules.
• Background check and employment verification process may apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming customers immediately whenever possible
• Know food and beverage menu; make suggestions
• Take orders and serve food and/or beverages
• Process payments through POS system
• Keep dining area clean; clear tables and restock
• Set up tables for next customers
• Assist with general housekeeping of restrooms
• Stock service areas with supplies
• Maintain personal health and sanitation standards
• Adhere to safety codes and BP's ethics
