Job summary

Cinépolis USA is seeking a team member for our luxury cinema theater in Austin. The role involves greeting guests, guiding them through the menu, upselling promotions, and ensuring seamless dining service within a premium cinema environment.

You will input and check orders in the Vista POS, process payments, and assist with alcohol service and safety procedures. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of full-service serving experience, is 18+, and holds ServSafe/Alcohol certifications.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• 1+ years of full-service serving experience
• ServSafe, Food Handler, and Alcohol certifications required
• Ability to perform basic math and handle orders accurately
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them through menu, upsell promos and add-ons
• Input orders rapidly and accurately in POS and ensure satisfaction
• Process payments and handle alcohol service responsibly
• Assist with crowd control, seating, and maintaining theater cleanliness
• Identify and escalate guest issues to management as needed
• Attend trainings and support daily operations during shifts
