Job summary

Cunningham Restaurant Group is seeking a Server for the Carmel, IN location. You will deliver exceptional guest service, take accurate orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages in a busy dining room.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, inputting orders, upselling specials, and maintaining a clean, presentable dining area while collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff. Flexible availability is required, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to stand and move for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: greet guests, assist with menu selections, provide prompt, courteous service.
• Order Management: take orders accurately and input into POS, coordinate with kitchen for special requests.
• Food and Beverage Service: serve meals and drinks promptly, maintain presentation standards.
• Cleanliness and Organization: set up and maintain dining area, keep utensils and condiments stocked.
• Teamwork: collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure smooth operations.
• Upselling and Promotion: highlight daily specials and upsell desserts and beverages.
• Compliance: adhere to health and safety guidelines and alcohol service policies.
