Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain an Indiana Employee Liquor Permit.
• Ability to think and communicate clearly in high pressure situations.
• Ability to move quickly and gracefully throughout the dining room.
• Demonstrate basic math skills with reading, writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests within 1 minute of seating, leading guests through dining experience.
• Provides gracious and professional food and beverage service and answers questions.
• Delivers accurate orders via POS and communicates allergy information clearly on tickets.
• Retrieves and plates orders, replenishes beverages, and ensures guest satisfaction throughout service.
• Handles payment, presents checks, and counts back change accurately.
• Maintains clean, stocked tables and bar areas and thanks guests at farewell.
• Responds to guest service issues and reports them to management, maintaining professional demeanor.
