Job summary

LCB Senior Living, LLC is hiring a part-time Server at The Residence at Great Woods to deliver friendly, dining-room service to residents and guests. You will work with the dining team, set up tables to standard, take orders, and ensure an enjoyable dining experience.

The role offers a wage band of $16-$21 per hour based on experience, with benefits starting from day one for eligible associates and opportunities for tuition reimbursement.

• Fluent English communication both oral and written is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
• Serve residents and guests beverages and take accurate meal orders.
• Set tables per LCB standards and clear dining area as needed.
• Assist with dining enhancements and special events such as banquets and theme meals.
• Coordinate with Culinary Services Director/Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with dining.
