LCB Senior Living at The Residence at Watertown Square is hiring servers for full-time and part-time roles in Watertown, MA. The position offers a wage band of $17.00 - $19.00 per hour based on experience and a dining-focused team environment.

Responsibilities include setting tables, serving beverages, taking orders, delivering meals, and assisting with dining programs while maintaining safety and cleanliness. Benefits beginday one and include health, vision, dental, 401k, PTO, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Ability to respond calmly to emergency situations.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing.
• Able to handle multiple jobs and priorities.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsabilités
