Job summary

The Residence at Freeman Lake, operated by LCB Senior Living, LLC, is hiring servers for full-time day shifts. You will deliver a restaurant-style dining experience to residents and guests, set tables, serve beverages, review menus, and support event dining with a strong emphasis on resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
• Work closely with the Culinary Services Director and/or Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
• Set tables in accordance to LCB standards.
• Serve residents and guests beverages as requested.
• Review daily menu with residents.
• Take and deliver accurate meal orders to residents and guests.
• Assist with preparation and execution of dining enhancement programs.
• Adhere to quality enhancement standards and standard food safety practices.
• Assist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals.
• Acquaint new residents with menus, seating, and dining options and hours.
