Shift: Swing Shift (3:00 PM PST to 11:30 PM PST)

Job Description

What you'll be doing:

1. Working swing and weekend shifts to support extended factory operations hours
2. Supporting engineers working on GPU and Artificial Intelligence System Products in lab and manufacturing facilities
3. System-level testing, bring-up, debugging, validation, and data collection
4. Handling shipping and receiving, unpacking, and packing of systems
5. Building, debugging, and repairing CPU and GPU platforms
6. Installing, configuring test stations, devices under test, monitoring, and supporting users
7. Setting up test programs, running test suites, collecting and analyzing results
8. Writing scripts in C, Python, or Shell to assist HW bring-up, including modifying and checking register status
9. Collaborating with engineers, managers, external suppliers, and contract manufacturing staff

What we need to see:

• 4+ years of technical education
• 5 years of related experience as a hardware technician in lab or manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's/Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent field
• Knowledge of basic electronics, digital and analog theory
• Hands-on production, manufacturing, or RMA experience (a plus)
• Experience with failure analysis and troubleshooting circuitry to component level
• Experience with prototype tracking systems
• Ability to configure/setup computers and test equipment
• Soldering rework skills, including fine pitch SMT components
• Experience with power and hand tools
• Familiarity with document control and CAD tools
• Proficiency with Linux, Windows, GSuite/Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat
• Familiarity with Linux command line and Shell scripting
• Ability to develop, review, and modify Python and Shell scripts
• Self-motivated with multitasking ability
• Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset
