Hotel Bardo Savannah, operated by Left Lane Hospitality Group, LLC, is seeking an energetic Server Support to join Club Bardo, our private members club. You’ll assist servers, maintain tables and stations, and help keep service moving smoothly in a dynamic restaurant environment.

Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to grow. Opportunities exist to collaborate with culinary and leadership teams while supporting guest experiences from prep to plate.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hotel, food runner, busser, or server assistant experience preferred
• Warm, outgoing, and enthusiastic approach to hospitality and guest service
• Polished communication and professional presentation
• Strong sense of urgency with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods and perform the physical responsibilities of restaurant service
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsabilités

• Support servers and the broader restaurant team in delivering polished, attentive service to Club Bardo members and guests
• Prepare, clear, clean, and reset tables quickly while maintaining elevated presentation standards
• Run food from the kitchen accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and timely delivery
• Assist with water and beverage service and anticipate guest needs throughout the dining experience
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked server stations and service areas
• Support the flow of service by communicating effectively with servers, culinary partners, and restaurant leadership
• Respond to member and guest requests with warmth, professionalism, and a sense of urgency
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room and expo areas throughout service

About the role

Hotel Bardo Savannah is seeking an energetic, polished, and hospitality-driven Server Support individual to join the team at Club Bardo , our private members club.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their hospitality career who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment and takes pride in being part of an exceptional service team. As Server Support, you’ll work alongside our servers, bartenders, culinary team, and restaurant leaders to keep service moving seamlessly—from preparing and resetting tables to running food, maintaining service stations, and anticipating what guests and teammates need next.

We’re looking for someone with a great attitude, strong sense of urgency, and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality. Previous restaurant experience as a server assistant, food runner, busser, or similar support role is helpful, but we’re equally interested in people with the polish, energy, and work ethic to grow with us.

What you’ll do
