Job description

Position Overview

As a Server / Tableside Brand Ambassador, you will serve guests at the taproom, providing order taking, delivering food and beverages, and delivering an outstanding hospitality experience while promoting our brand.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests timely as they are seated, ensuring the table is clean and all garnishes and utensils are provided.
• Maintain knowledge of all ABV beverages, menu offerings, brewing/cider making processes and answer questions.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests, teammates, and management.
• Take food and beverage orders and place orders accurately through the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Ensure food is prepared correctly and to guests’ satisfaction, returning incorrect or improperly cooked orders to the kitchen.
• Deliver food, beverages, condiments, and requested items to guests.
• Collect plates and clear the table as guests finish their meals.
• Process guest payments by preparing checks and handling transactions through the POS system.
• Assist with other side‑work duties such as cleaning the dining area, preparing silverware and refilling condiments.
• Aid in overall cleanliness and maintenance of the taproom and perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Passion for hospitality and craft beverages.
• Previous serving experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Well‑organized with ability to take and place orders accurately.
• Strong communication skills and ability to remain composed and respectful under pressure.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Ability to operate the point‑of‑sale system.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift and balance trays of food weighing up to 20 pounds.
