Job summary

The Ivy Castle Rock is seeking a Server to join our premier senior living community. This role includes FT/PT, AM & PM shifts, with a pay range of $18–$19.25 per hour.

You will serve residents and guests, take orders into the POS, and help maintain a warm, safe dining environment for our residents and families. We welcome candidates with a strong customer service mindset, high school diploma, and a desire to support the elderly.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Take orders and input into POS accurately.
• Set up and break down dining areas and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Follow proper serving etiquette and safety standards.
• Support teamwork across dining and kitchen areas.
