Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly smile and positive attitude.
• Be knowledgeable on all menu items and help guests with orders based on tastes, diets, or allergies.
• Be knowledgeable on promotions, specials, and offers, and apply them per policies.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery to tables.
• Monitor dining experience and check in to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle payments, including cash and credit transactions.
• Keep tables clean and organized; clear dishes and maintain dining area cleanliness.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and communication.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
• Light lifting to stock products or clean/maintain dining room.
• Participate in team training, meetings, and events to enhance skills.
