Job summary

Kohler Co. Riverbend is seeking a personable server to provide polished, high‑touch service across our Restaurant, Bar, and Banquet spaces in a refined setting overlooking the Sheboygan River. You will help create memorable experiences for members and guests in a welcoming on‑site environment.

Shifts run 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with weekday and weekend availability. Candidates must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and be authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a server or hospitality role preferred.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus in a polished, welcoming manner.
• Communicate daily specials and provide knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages according to established service standards and the course of the meal.
• Prepare mixed drinks for table service (must be 18+ and properly licensed).
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain an exceptional dining experience by delivering items and replenishing beverages.
• Observe guests and respond to additional requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant teams to support smooth operations and guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Observeguests throughout their visit, address questions, and respond promptly toadditional requests to ensure satisfaction
• Collaboratewith kitchen and restaurant team members to support smooth operations andexcellent guest service
• Clearand reset tables, maintain linens, and perform basic cleaning or side workas needed
• Stockand maintain side stations and restaurant par levels
• Assistwith overall restaurant operations, including seating guests and answeringphones
• Developand maintain a strong understanding of resort amenities and services toconfidently communicate offerings to guests

Skills/Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of application
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in a server or hospitality role preferred
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly range for this position is $7.30-$11.00 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.Sign On Bonus payment structure is tiered, with payouts contingent on an associate's employment status and hours worked.
