Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer 1 year of experience in a Repair Depot.
• Prefer experience in a low-production PC environment.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Experience with simple component replacements such as LCD/HDD.
• Experience with models such as ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Toshiba, Apple, and Acer.
• Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience with Temp Agencies.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and diagnose servers.
• Replace parts as needed.
• Conduct and analyze server stress tests.
• Document symptoms, test results, and parts replaced in the shop floor tool.
• Collaborate with motherboard repair, testing, QC, and inspections personnel.
• Provide backup for QC, inspection, and motherboard testing.
• Maintain parts consumption.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
