The Rose Group / Applebee's in Westminster, MD is seeking outgoing servers to connect with guests and deliver a memorable dining experience. You will need strong communication, high energy, and an energetic, friendly personality to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include lifting 15-30 lbs, handling cash, standing for long periods, and keeping pace with guests from lunch to weekend nights. A mandatory tip pool of 3% net sales applies.

Server

We are hiring outgoing, upbeat servers who can connect with our guests; meeting and even anticipating their needs to provide a one of a kind dining experience that keeps them coming back!

Great communication skills are a must, as is the capability to work as part of a dynamic team. Are you someone who has tons of energy, great attention to detail, and an awesome personality?

Servers must be able to lift 15-30lbs, have the ability to handle cash transactions, stand for the length of the shift, and keep pace with our guests from casual lunches to packed Saturday nights. Actual work hours, whether full-time or part-time, will be based on work shift availability and management discretion.

• We offer medical, dental and vision insurance to team members averaging at least 30 hours a week, after the first year.

The Rose Group requires participation in a mandatory tip pooling arrangement of 3% net sales from each shift with other qualified tipped employees. Think you have what it takes to be an ambassador of great guest service?
