The Rose Group / Applebee's in Milford, DE is seeking an outgoing Server who connects with guests to create a memorable dining experience. Strong communication, energy, and a team spirit are essential for this role.

Servers must lift 15–30 lbs, handle cash, and stand for long shifts. Hours vary by shift; tip pooling of 3% net sales applies. Medical, dental, and vision coverage are provided after meeting weekly hour requirements.

We are hiring outgoing, upbeat servers who can connect with our guests; meeting and even anticipating their needs to provide a one of a kind dining experience that keeps them coming back!

Great communication skills are a must, as is the capability to work as part of a dynamic team. Are you someone who has tons of energy, great attention to detail, and an awesome personality?

Servers must be able to lift 15-30lbs, have the ability to handle cash transactions, stand for the length of the shift, and keep pace with our guests from casual lunches to packed Saturday nights. Actual work hours, whether full-time or part-time, will be based on work shift availability and management discretion.

• We offer medical, dental and vision insurance to team members averaging at least 30 hours a week, after the first year.
