Job summary

Silver Birch Living in Kokomo is seeking a Server to join our Culinary Team, helping create a warm, restaurant-style dining experience for residents. You will welcome guests, take orders, and ensure timely service.

We value a friendly, helpful attitude and prior food service experience. Excellent customer service and basic food safety knowledge are important, as is a commitment to maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic food safety knowledge expected.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude essential.
• Experience in food service or restaurant settings is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat residents and guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
• Help ensure meals are served accurately and on time.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables after meals.
• Assist with dishwashing when needed.
