Supermicro is seeking a Product Engineer who can support the development and integration of server/high density design server products for cloud and data center infrastructure.

This individual will have the opportunity to define and implement latest data center and server technologies, and to create proof of concepts and technical feature paper presentations to differentiate Supermicro product through online and at various industry events.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering.
• 0-2 years of experience in server development, system architecture, or hardware engineering.
• Strong understanding of computer/server architecture and electronic fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with server brings-up, validation, and troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and support engineering activities for server and high‑density system designs.
• Lead system‑level integration, bring‑up, and validation of servers.
• Interface with customers to analyze technical problems and provide solutions.
• Proactively identify and elevate critical issues to senior management and vendors, ensuring timely and effective resolution of product-related challenges.
• Identify, elevate, and resolve critical engineering issues from production line.
• Support early PM sample build and first factory builds; work with quality teams with documentation and analysis.
• Research server architectures and emerging technologies.
