Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Sr. Chassis Product Manager to lead end-to-end development of server chassis platforms for hyperscale datacenters and AI deployments.

You will define specifications, review complex designs, and drive schedules to achieve aggressive time-to-market goals. You will collaborate with engineering, thermal, power, sales, and operations to deliver performance-driven chassis platforms that support next-generation GPU and AI server architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in engineering; strong desirable.
• 8+ years in server hardware preferred.
• Experience in chassis mechanical/thermal/system design.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the product lifecycle of server chassis products, from conception to mass production and maintenance.
• Create and present chassis product roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering to review specs and design for competitive chassis platforms.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time time-to-market launches.
• Coordinate with overseas ODM vendors on design, tooling, and ramp-up.
• Work with marketing and sales on new chassis product launches and promotions.
• Drive to translate datacenter trends into competitive chassis solutions.
