Job summary

Press Cafe, inside the Sewell Ford Lincoln dealership, is seeking energetic team members to join our cafe. We are hiring part-time and full-time Cafe Attendants with strong customer service skills; hospitality or restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities include greeting patrons, taking orders, operating the register, preparing beverages, delivering food, and maintaining a clean dining area while following health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with customer service or hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn beverage and food preparation routines.
• TABC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patrons as they enter the dining area.
• Assist guests with ordering and recommendations.
• Operate cash register and handle cash accurately.
• Operate traditional espresso machine and prepare beverages.
• Brew coffee, tea, smoothies, and juice offerings; deliver food to guests.
• Participate in taste testing and quality assurance.
• Maintain a clean and orderly dining area.
• Collect and return used dishes to kitchen; dispose of trash.
• Clean tables, chairs, patio, and storage areas; sweep/mop floors when needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and contribute to a positive team environment.

Press Cafe, inside the Sewell Ford Lincoln dealership, is currently searching for an energetic and friendly team member to join our team. We are hiring part-time and full-time Cafe Attendants with great customer skills for the public. Hospitality or restaurant experience is a plus!

• Greeting patrons as they enter the dining area
• Assisting guests in ordering & recommendations
• Efficiently operate cash register & responsibly handle cash
• Operating traditional expresso machine
• Brew coffee, tea, make smoothies & shakes, juicing citrus drinks
• Delivering food to guests with a smile
• Taste testing & quality assurance
• Maintaining a clean & orderly dining area
• Collecting & returning used dishes to the kitchen for washing
• Disposing of trash
• Cleaning tables, chairs, outside patio area, & storage areas, mopping or sweeping floors when needed
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Contribute to a positive team environment

Schedule

Monday - Saturday, shifts available between 6:00 am 7:00 pm

Summary

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, the individual must be able to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily, have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, complete a drug screening, background screening, and provide all government I-9 requirements. A combination of education, experience, and training is always considered.

Full-time team members are eligible after a provisional period.
