Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring immediately for full time and part time SERVER LEAD positions at our Seward campus. The role oversees server staff, delivers high quality guest service, and ensures smooth dining operations during evening shifts (3:30 pm to 9:00 pm).

• Trains and acclimates new associates to the company culture, the client's culture and the operations.

• Promptly addresses and corrects any complaints or issues.
• Assists in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees training of staff in areas of responsibility.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
