Job summary

The Alida Hotel in Savannah, GA is seeking a skilled bartender to join our hospitality team. You will craft traditional cocktails and inventive creations while delivering warm, attentive service to guests.

Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of cleanliness, responsible alcohol service, and a strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine pairings. Prior bartending experience is required and you will collaborate with a team devoted to Southern hospitality.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a bartender is required.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine pairings is required.
• Knowledge of mixology and ability to craft traditional and creative cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Authentically acknowledge and welcome guests with emphatic and warm hospitality
• Remain curious and knowledgeable about all product and service standards in order to elevate each guest experience
• Remains efficient, clean and organized; always working to code while multitasking
• Remaining mindful of appropriate verbiage and demeanor with team members and guests at all times
• Responsible alcohol service is of top priority

We seek the craftsman that knows and appreciates the art of the cocktail. This individual is knowledgeable about mixology and is capable of mixing traditional drinks as well as crafting creative libations. They increase customer retention and loyalty by mixing and serving quality cocktails with impeccable customer service and a smiling face.
