Job summary

The Eliza Jane Hotel in New Orleans seeks an experienced bartender to deliver craft cocktails and exceptional guest service. You will blend classic drinks with creative libations while maintaining a warm, welcoming bar presence.

You will uphold standards of service, ensure responsible alcohol service, and contribute to a clean, organized bar area, collaborating with the team to elevate every guest experience at Makeready's acclaimed property.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a bartender is required.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine pairing options is required.
• A proactive and thoughtful nature with professional demeanor.

We seek the craftsman that knows and appreciates the art of the cocktail. This individual is knowledgeable about mixology and is capable of mixing traditional drinks as well as crafting creative libations. They increase customer retention and loyalty by mixing and serving quality cocktails with impeccable customer service and a smiling face.
