Noelle Nashville is seeking an experienced bartender to deliver exceptional guest experiences through expert cocktail knowledge and thoughtful service. You will craft drinks, welcome guests with warmth, and uphold high standards in a fast-paced setting.

This full-time role requires prior bartending experience, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to collaborate with the team to cover shifts while maintaining clean, organized work areas and responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

Requested Tasks

• Authentically acknowledge and welcome guests with emphatic and warm hospitality
• Remain curious and knowledgeable about all product and service standards in order to elevate each guest experience
• Remains efficient, clean and organized; always working to code while multitasking
• Remaining mindful of appropriate verbiage and demeanor with team members and guests at all times
• Responsible alcohol service is of top priority
• Work with the team to create scheduling shifts and organize coverage as needed
• Prior experience as a bartender is required
