Job summary

Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show is seeking energetic Servers to join our dining crew. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver beverages in a high-energy, entertaining environment.

Role requires afternoon/evening availability, a friendly, guest-centric approach, and the ability to manage fast-paced service while maintaining safety and accuracy. Must be 18+ with Tennessee ABC permit and a HS diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must obtain a valid Tennessee ABC permit.
• Education: high school diploma / GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive at your section and explain meal options.
• Prepare and serve beverages to tables during dinner service.
• Understand food allergies and options; be vigilant when serving guests with allergies.
• Clean tables and sections after dinner service.
• Previous entertainment or high-volume serving experience preferred.
• Must be able to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform well in a fast-paced, high-energy environment; maintain strong customer service.
• Stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods; navigate stairs if needed.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Ahoy Matey! Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show is looking for energetic, guest-focused Servers to join our fast-paced dining crew. If you enjoy providing outstanding hospitality, working in a high-energy environment, and being part of an unforgettable dinner show experience, this is the role for you!

Hours: The scheduled hours depend on the show schedule but will always include afternoons and evenings. We are seeking individuals with open availability on the days they can work.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive at your assigned section. Be informative of the meal that will be served.
• Prepare & serve beverages to your assigned tables during dinner service.
• Understand food allergies and what options are available. Be vigilant when serving any guest with a food allergy.
• Clean table & section when dinner service is complete.
• Previous entertainment or high-volume serving experience preferred
• Must be able to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand, use stairs and walk for extended periods and carry trays
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Qualification Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Must obtain a valid Tennessee state ABC permit.
• Education requirements include a high school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands:

• Continuous walking on level ground as well as up and down steps.
• Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and balancing.
• Frequent lifting and carrying of trays with beverages, food, and used dishes.
