The Pink Adobe is seeking a warm, polished, and attentive Server to join our front‑of‑house team. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming dining experience that reflects the spirit of Santa Fe: gracious, genuine, knowledgeable, and unhurried. Our service style is not stiff or overly formal, but it is professional, organized, and rooted in strong hospitality fundamentals.

Position Summary

The Server is responsible for guiding guests through the dining experience from arrival through farewell. This includes menu knowledge, beverage and wine service, pacing, order accuracy, guest engagement, and maintaining the warmth and charm that have made The Pink Adobe a Santa Fe landmark.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, confidence, and genuine appreciation.
• Present menus and guide guests through food, wine, cocktails, and specials with accuracy.
• Take orders clearly and enter them correctly into the POS system.
• Maintain proper timing for drinks, appetizers, entrées, desserts, and coffee service.
• Communicate clearly with hosts, bartenders, runners, bussers, kitchen team, and management.
• Monitor tables throughout service and anticipate guest needs without hovering.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and involve management when needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly set tables and service stations.
• Follow all service standards, sanitation guidelines, and alcohol service laws.
• Support opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
• Help create an atmosphere that is welcoming to locals, travelers, and hotel guests alike.
