Job summary

Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania - Sewickley Campus is immediately hiring a Server for Personal Care. With 145+ years of serving the PA community, we provide award-winning care and a Mission of Love to help residents realize their potential and enjoy a high quality of life.

As a Server - Personal Care, you will deliver the highest level of dining services to residents, ensure a safe dining environment, and support dietary policies while maintaining a courteous, timely service standard.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Willingness to receive on-the-job training.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Provides an enjoyable dining experience for residents while maintaining a clean, healthy, and safe environment.
• Reports any environmental situation posing a threat to resident safety.
• Completes meal service duties in a courteous and timely manner as assigned by supervisor.
• Sets dining room table layout and centerpieces with knowledge of table numbers and locations.
• Uses cleaning agents and equipment safely per food safety regulations.
• Handles foods safely including proper hand hygiene, glove usage, and sanitation of surfaces.

As a Server - Personal Care, you will carry out our Mission of Love by providing the highest degree of dining services to the residents.

Our Server - Personal Care is responsible for the following

• Provides an enjoyable dining experience for our residents while maintaining a clean, healthy, and safe environment.
• Reports upon first notice any environmental situation which could pose a threat to the safety or well-being of the Masonic Village Residents.
• Completes meal service duties in a courteous and timely manner as assigned by supervisor in accordance with established dietary policies and procedures.
• Sets dining room to include table layout, place setting, and centerpiece while demonstrating knowledge of table assignments, table numbers, and locations.
• Uses chemicals, cleaning agents, and equipment safely and effectively to accomplish assigned tasks in accordance with food safety regulations established by federal, state, local and private accreditation organizations.
• Uses best practices related to the safe and sanitary handling, preparation, storage, and service of foods, including proper hand washing, wearing gloves, changing gloves frequently, maintaining a clean uniform, sanitizing work surfaces and tools between uses, proper dating, labeling, and rotation of food products.

What You Must Have as a Server - Personal Care:
