Job summary

Grinders Above & Beyond is a family-owned restaurant seeking friendly servers to greet guests, set up tables, and ensure an exceptional dining experience. You will manage guest payments, count back change, and support the team to maintain smooth service.

After training, you will know the full menu and work to deliver fast, accurate service across tables in a busy dining room. Flexible hours and benefits are offered to qualifying employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house service preferred.
• Strong communication and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly smile and ensure a great dining experience.
• Arrange and set up tables in assigned sections and maintain section flow.
• Manage server bank, count back change, and cash out guests accurately.
• Support teammates as needed and work as a team player.
• Serve guests speedily and accurately, handling multiple tables.
