Job summary

CIA Chef in Napa, CA is seeking a Server to ensure guests have a positive dining experience and help drive sales through upselling specialty food and beverages. You will support the restaurant team and maintain a clean, organized work area during service.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be energetic, reliable, and customer-focused. TIPS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days is required.

The hiring rate for this position is $16.90 per hour.

POSITION SUMMARY

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Licenses / Certifications :

• TIPS responsible alcohol service certification, or equivalent or ability to acquire within thirty (30) days of hire.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Ability to frequently lift and carry 30 pounds.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods of time during customary service hours.
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment with varying temperatures, including temperatures above 100° F.
