Job summary

True Connection Communities is seeking a friendly Server to provide exceptional dining experiences in our Williamsburg community. You will greet guests, take orders, relay requests to kitchen staff, and ensure timely delivery of meals and drinks.

This part-time, flexible role offers on-site service, competitive hourly pay, and benefits including health coverage and retirement options for eligible team members. Experience in hospitality or healthcare settings is preferred.

Salary Range: $15.00 To $16.00 Hourly

Job Purpose

The Server role is the most important role in delivering best in class dining experience, as they are the first and last contact with Residents and have the ability to resolve any service issues as they arise. A Server’s responsibility is attending to diners before, during and after their meals by helping them place and receive their orders. They also ensure the timely delivery of food and beverages by checking on their tables periodically throughout the service period.

• Able to ask appropriate questions to deliver the best service possible.
• Experience in a hospitality, healthcare or service environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 40 pounds.

Working Conditions

The Server works in a dining room and spends most of their shift on their feet. They carry trays of food, dishes, or glassware, which are often heavy. During busy dining periods, the server position are under pressure to serve customers quickly and efficiently.
