Job summary

True Connection Communities in Gilbert, AZ is hiring a Server to be the first and last contact with Residents, ensuring a warm, timely dining experience and resolving issues as they arise. The Server role is the most important role in delivering best in class dining experience, as they are the first and last contact with Residents and have the ability to resolve any service issues as they arise. A Server’s responsibility is attending to diners before, during and after their meals by helping them place and receive their orders. They also ensure the timely delivery of food and beverages by checking on their tables periodically throughout the service period.

Working Conditions

The Server works in a dining room and spends most of their shift on their feet. They carry trays of food, dishes, or glassware, which are often heavy. During busy dining periods, the server position are under pressure to serve customers quickly and efficiently.
