Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a part-time dining assistant in the сенior living community in Shawnee, Oklahoma. The role requires weekend and some weekday evening availability, with a total of 20–25 hours per week.

You will prepare dining rooms, serve meals, clear tables, and maintain hygiene standards while engaging with residents to ensure satisfaction. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with benefits including health coverage, a 401(k), and a referral program.

Qualifications

• Must be 15 years old.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or food service experience preferred, but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting pay: $15.00 per hour (Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience)

• Interact with senior residents and guests, take and deliver food orders in a timely manner following company standards, and ensure everyone is happy with their meal.
• Work with kitchen staff, assist with bussing and resetting tables, remove dirty dishes, dispose of trash and restock inventory as needed.
• Perform side work duties as assigned
