Job summary

Oakmont Gardens in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Hospitality-focused Server to join our dining team. This part-time role provides hands-on dining room service within the community and supports a warm, inviting atmosphere for residents and guests.

Starting pay is $20–$23 per hour. Responsibilities include setting tables, taking orders, serving guests, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding food quality and presentation standards.

Qualifications

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dining Room Server:

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• Minimum completion of high school required
• Experience in food service work preferred (at least 1 Year in a restaurant setting)

Experience in working with seniors preferred
