Job summary

Oakmont Gardens in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a hospitality-focused Dining Room Server to join our culinary team. This role provides full-scope, hands-on serving functions within the community.

Starting pay is $20-$23 per hour, with a part-time schedule. The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma and restaurant experience, and a genuine interest in serving seniors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• Minimum completion of high school required
• Experience in food service work preferred (at least 1 Year in a restaurant setting)

Experience in working with seniors preferred
