Job summary

Town Village of Leawood Independent Living in Leawood, KS is seeking a friendly Server to join our team serving seniors. The shift is Monday–Friday 3:30pm–7:30pm with weekend availability; FT/PT options.

You will prepare and serve meals, keep dining areas clean, and contribute to a caring, supportive community. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive benefits, PTO, holiday pay, referrals and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living.
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Prepares food items and serves food to residents within scheduled time frame.
• Cleans and maintains food service areas, including kitchen and dining room.
